Tasting Notes NOA Sparkling Tea Hojicha
On the nose, subtle aromas of roasted nuts, caramel, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, soft and dry, with flavors of toast, hazelnut, and a hint of cocoa. Fine bubbles, a fresh tension, and a long, delicate finish create a beautiful balance.
Wine & Food Pairing
This Hojicha Sparkling Tea Hojicha pairs excellently with: grilled vegetables or mushrooms, Asian dishes with umami (miso, soy, sesame), poultry, duck or veal, aged cheeses or dishes with nutty elements. Also very suitable as an accompaniment to a refined vegetarian menu.
