Ordering

Take your time browsing my webshop. For the wine of your choice, select the number of bottles and click order, and your choice is added to your shopping cart straight away. Done choosing? Go to your shopping cart and complete your order.

Shipping costs

Different rates apply for the Wadden Islands and other countries. Please contact me at info@vechtstreekwijnen.nl.

Local delivery

Do you live in the municipality of Stichtse Vecht? Then I will deliver your order myself, personally and with care. This is possible for orders from €50 in the following postcode areas:

On request, I can also deliver your order all the way into your wine cellar, or chilled. Just mention this with your order or send me a message.

Orders outside this region are delivered by PostNL, and delivery to a work address is no problem either.

Delivery time

I ship every weekday. As soon as your payment has been received, I prepare your order as quickly as possible and aim to deliver it to you within 1 to 2 working days.

Wine is a natural product, which means an offered vintage can sell out. In that case, I may deliver the following vintage. If the vintage differs from the one stated on the website, I will always contact you beforehand.

Images of labels and bottles may also differ from the product actually delivered.

You can also collect your order free of charge from my warehouse.

The warehouse is located right next to the A2 motorway (Utrecht to Amsterdam), at exit 5.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is present at the delivery address to receive your order. On receipt, check right away that nothing is broken and that the number of bottles delivered matches your order.

I do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. The delivery driver may ask for ID.

Is anything broken or are bottles missing? Report it immediately via info@vechtstreekwijnen.nl or by phone on 06-24770030. If this was not reported to the delivery driver, or the packing slip was signed without remarks, unfortunately I cannot offer you a replacement product.

Packaging

Wine is fragile, so I pack every order securely and with care, so your bottles arrive undamaged.

Prices

All prices shown include 21% VAT and exclude any delivery costs. Prices are subject to printing and typing errors.
