Alcohol-free wines
According to the law, wine without alcohol must be called alcohol-free wine. The boundary between an alcoholic and non-alcoholic product is 0.5%.
The rise of alcohol-free wines is steadily increasing. In alcohol-free wine, the wine is de-alcoholized, and therefore the wine contains an alcohol content of less than 0.5%. This is done using various methods, allowing the wine to be called alcohol-free wine. Most alcohol-free wines have an alcohol percentage of 0.01% and are permitted to be called alcohol-free.
Alcohol-free wine is made using various methods. The three main methods are vacuum distillation, reverse osmosis, and spinning cone column. Modern de-alcoholization processes involve lowering the temperature to preserve more aromas. This is often done with systems that capture lost aromas to add them back to the alcohol-free wine later.
In recent years, there has been increasing demand for alcohol-free beverages. This is because people are becoming more conscious of their own health, often choosing quality over quantity. Additionally, the quality of alcohol-free wine has greatly improved in recent years, and there is also an increasing variety of choices. This makes choosing an alcohol-free wine an increasingly pleasant experience!
