A delicate yellow plum aroma, accompanied by honey, pear, melon, and chestnuts, creates a beautifully rich impression. It is a mild wine, low in acidity, yet possessing a complex body and richness typical of a full-bodied and ripe Pinot Gris. Pale yellow color.

Additional Information

The grapes come from a south-western slope with a chalk-marl soil and a loess layer that imparts a certain minerality to the wine. Beautiful Pinot Gris, which in warm Baden is called Grauburgunder.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, ensuring that only the best grapes are selected for the final wine. In the winery, a cold maceration of 12 hours follows. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17 degrees. The wine then gets the necessary rest before being bottled.

Baden, Germany's third-largest wine region, is located in the Black Forest and along the Rhine River. The area has a circumference of approximately 400 km.
