Tasting Note UP Ultimate Provence Rosé Jeroboam (3 LITERS)
UP Ultimate Provence Rosé is a distinctly elegant rosé that perfectly reflects the modern style of Provence. The nose is immediately seductive and expressive, with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and red currants complemented by notes of blood orange, peach, and a subtle floral touch of violets and white flowers. In the long finish, light spicy accents of white pepper and Provençal herbs emerge, giving the wine extra depth and character.
Food Pairing
Thanks to its fresh yet gastronomic character, UP Ultimate Provence Rosé is an exceptionally versatile companion at the table. The wine pairs excellently with light Mediterranean dishes such as grilled prawns, tuna tartare, ceviche, or a salade niçoise. Its fresh and fruity character also shines beautifully with sushi, sashimi, and other refined fish dishes. It is equally excellent as an aperitif, especially on a sunny terrace or during a summer lunch.
Other information
Ultimate Provence is a modern winery in the heart of Provence, where tradition and contemporary elegance meet. With its iconic bottle and innovative appearance, the estate has established itself as a leading name within the premium rosé segment. Despite the modern approach, terroir, quality, and craftsmanship are always central.
The grapes are harvested in the early morning to optimally preserve their freshness. After gentle pressing and a short skin maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine matures briefly on the fine lees, which provides extra roundness and complexity while maintaining its fresh and fruity character. Discover even more wines from Provence
