The grapes are harvested in the early morning to optimally preserve their freshness. After a gentle pressing and short skin maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine matures briefly on its fine lees, which provides extra roundness and complexity while maintaining the fresh and fruity character.
