In the glass, the wine has a bright ruby red color. The aroma is fruity and refined, with notes of cherries, red berries and a subtle hint of herbs. On the palate, the wine is light to medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a fresh acidity that provides a lively and drinkable character. The finish is smooth, fruity and pleasantly dry.

This Bardolino is particularly versatile at the table and pairs well with a variety of dishes. It goes excellently with light pasta dishes, pizza, grilled vegetables and antipasti. It also complements white meats such as chicken or turkey and charcuterie. Served lightly chilled, it is also a surprisingly pleasant accompaniment to summer meals.

The Torre del Falasco Bardolino is a smooth and accessible red wine from northern Italy, originating from the well-known Bardolino region on Lake Garda. This wine is known for its light and fresh style, which distinguishes it from heavier red wines.

The Valpantena, a valley northeast of Verona, has long been known as a wine-growing area. It is located in the heart of Veneto, one of Italy's most important wine-producing regions. Cantina Valpantena, a cooperative of 270 producers with 600 hectares of vineyards, has been active here since 1958. Valpantena's operations extend across the well-known trio of appellations from the Verona area: Soave, Bardolino, and Valpolicella, with the latter considered a specialty. From this appellation, they produce, among other things, very interesting Amarone and Ripasso wines.

Cantine de Valpantena, responsible for the wines of Torre del Falasco, are known for their good price-quality ratio and were named the third best Italian Wine Cooperative in Italy in 2017 by the renowned magazine Weinwirtschaft.
