Tasting Notes Les Bertholets Réserve Chardonnay/Colombard
Les Bertholets Réserve Chardonnay/Colombard surprises with its refreshing flavours, with clear notes of white fruit such as peach and pear. The buttery notes are also present, adding richness and softness to the wine. The structure is full-bodied, slightly oily, and finishes with a fresh length. Beautifully balanced.
Wine & Food Pairing
Due to the character of this Les Bertholets Réserve Chardonnay/Colombard, thoughts quickly turn to slightly richer dishes. Baked salmon, seafood, creamy chicken, but also a shrimp salad is a good choice.
