Additional Information
Roussillon-Languedoc in the far south is one of France's most exciting wine regions. Over the past twenty years, there has been an explosion in quality, which has yet to reach its peak. Many highly skilled, often young winemakers, are focusing their activities on this region to be part of the vibrant development taking place in its wine industry.
The grapes come from vineyards located in southwestern France at the foot of the Pyrenees, blended with grapes from Mediterranean coastal areas. Made from the so-called GSM blend. Named after the Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. The GSM blend can be found all over the world, but its origin lies in the French Rhône. Some of the greatest wines on Earth are made by blending various grapes. It's the combination that makes all the difference! The warmth of the Grenache, the spices and tannins of the Syrah and the animalistic aromas of the Mourvèdre.
