Roussillon-Languedoc in the far south is one of France's most exciting wine regions. Over the last twenty years, much effort has been put into an explosive growth in quality, which has not yet reached its peak. The grapes come from vineyards located in the southwest of France at the foot of the Pyrenees, blended with grapes from Mediterranean coastal areas. Made from the so-called GSM blend. Named after the Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. The GSM blend can be found all over the world, but its origin lies in the French Rhône. Some of the greatest wines on earth are made by blending various grapes. It's the combination that does it! The warmth of the Grenache, the spices and tannins of the Syrah and the animalistic aromas of the Mourvèdre.
