The aroma offers delightful notes of honey, balsamic, apple, dried flowers, chamomile, peach, apricot, and herbs. The palate reveals hints of jasmine and apricot, mango, papaya, and honey. It boasts a beautiful rich and full structure with a distinct fruity taste and a fresh citrus finish.

Wine & Food Pairing

Excellent with desserts based on citrus fruit, almond biscuits, hazelnut ganache, panna cotta, pistachio, or traditional Sicilian desserts like Cannolis. Also a good combination with tropical fruit, and intriguing at a slightly higher temperature (12-14 °C) with semi-aged cheeses. This wine can also beautifully complement blue cheeses.

Other information

The beautiful label features the goddess "Hekate" with three faces, representing the three stages of life and this wine.

In the first phase, aromatic grapes (Viognier, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Semillon) are selected. They give life to a dry wine with a high alcohol content (16% alcohol), which is the "base wine."

In the second phase, Moscato di Alessandria is harvested and dried, all naturally and unhurriedly, under the warm Sicilian sun. Once the drying (appassimento) is complete, the bunches are submerged in the base wine for three to five days, imparting all their aromatic character.

In the third and final phase, the bunches are pressed, and the unfermented juice is added for significant sweetness and, at the same time, greater complexity. A wonderful dessert wine!
