Tasting note Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Rosé
The bouquet is complex, aromatic and reminiscent of cherries, red berries and wild strawberries. Later, upon tasting, it is complemented by notes of peach and apricot. Fruity, with a fine mousse and good balance.

Champagne Jacquart was founded in 1962 by a small group of winegrowers who wanted to launch a new brand together in order to be less dependent on the large trading houses. Jacquart has since grown into one of the major Champagne houses. The wines of Champagne Jacquart can be found on a large number of wine lists at top restaurants both within and outside of France.
This cuvée has all the typical Chardonnay finesse, rounded off by the ripeness of Pinot Meunier and the structure of Pinot Noir, 15 to 18 percent of which is vinified as red wine. The addition of red Pinot Noir wine to the blend and a light dosage results in a very completely balanced champagne.
