Tasting Notes Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Rosé
The aroma is complex, aromatic, and reminiscent of cherries, red berries, and wild strawberries. Later, when tasted, it is complemented by hints of peach and apricot. Fruity, with a fine mousse and good balance.

Additional information
Champagne Jacquart was founded in 1962 by a small group of winegrowers who collectively wanted to launch a new brand to be less dependent on the large trading houses. Jacquart has since grown into one of the major Champagne Houses. Jacquart Champagnes can be found on numerous wine lists of top restaurants in and outside of France.
This cuvée has all the typical Chardonnay finesse rounded off by the ripeness of the Pinot Meunier and the structure of the Pinot Noir, 15 to 18 percent of which is vinified as red wine. The addition of red Pinot Noir wine to the blend and a light dosage results in a very complete and balanced champagne.
