Ca'Bolani Pinot Bianco is an elegant and fresh white wine from Friuli. The nose reveals white peach, tropical fruit, and delicate floral notes of acacia and hawthorn. The palate is round and soft, but is beautifully supported by fresh acidity and a slightly saline minerality. A sophisticated Pinot Bianco with an elegant, lingering finish.

The wine originates from Aquileia in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in northeastern Italy. The vineyards are located close to the Adriatic Sea. The sea breeze provides cooling during hot summer days, while the significant temperature differences between day and night help to preserve the aromas and freshness in the grapes.
Ca'Bolani possesses a large vineyard area in the heart of the Aquileia DOC. The estate consists of a mosaic of different plots and grape varieties, allowing the winery to pay close attention to the specific characteristics of each vineyard.
