Tasting Note BIO-DEM B.R.O.T. Maurat
Complex white wine with character and personality. Somewhat saline and absolutely very mineral, along with floral scents like magnolia, stone fruit aromas, and hints of ginger. Broad and present on the palate, with a dense and firm texture, also due to some present tannins.

Perfect for flavorful dishes such as smoked fish or grilled seafood. It pairs well with dishes seasoned with, for example, speculaas spices or mushrooms.

Biodynamics for the Recovery of the Origin and the Terroir or B.R.O.T. Biodynamic work to regain the authenticity of the region, and it succeeded.
The grapes come from one specific plot at 500 meters altitude, located close to the sea. During fermentation, the wine also undergoes skin contact, including the stems. A complex white wine with character and personality.
