Tasting Note Winzer Krems Blauer Zweigelt Tradition
Very fruity aroma that at first impression is reminiscent of a Beaujolais. Plenty of red fruit such as cherries, strawberries, raspberries and finally a hint of cinnamon. Full fruity taste with a pleasant soft finish. Sparkling ruby red color. Surprising wine!

Winzer Krems Blauer Zweigelt Tradition is delicious with pâté, lamb, beef stew, steak, spicy Thai, aged Gouda cheese, a steak tartare, white meat or poultry, such as coq au vin.

Winzer Krems is one of the largest wine companies in Austria and an absolute specialist in white quality wines, with Grüner Veltliner being the central focus. The vineyards of Krems and the vineyards of Wachau have developed into the best in Austria. Winzer Krems was founded in 1938 and is the leading producer in this area.
A modern red vinification with limited maceration of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and is primarily aimed at preserving as much of the fruit as possible. This entire process is temperature controlled.
Tip: Preferably drink this wine slightly chilled.
