Tasting note Waterkloof Circle of Life White
In the glass, it shimmers with a clear, straw-yellow color. On the nose, delicate hints of tropical fruit. The aromas of Sauvignon Blanc are prominent, with notes of lime and pear, giving the wine a deliciously fresh acidity. A taut mineral structure and the creaminess of the Chenin Blanc provide great complexity and a persistent finish. Last but not least, the Sémillon adds a nice richness to the whole.
Food Pairing

One with reach across the entire world, exporting to 40 countries. Its "home base" and heart of winemaking lie in the Southern Rhône, but it also has holdings in England, Piedmont, and South Africa. Boutinot has everything well organized!
Waterkloof is situated on the cool, windy slopes of the Schapenberg in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, just three kilometers from the ocean. All vineyards are located about 300 meters above sea level. Here, the grapes have all the time to ripen slowly, resulting in a magnificent freshness and layering.
