Villa Blanche Grenache rosé is made by the famous and award-winning Domaine Calmel & Joseph from the Languedoc Roussillon in Southern France. Laurent Calmel is an oenologist with experience in various wine regions in and around France. Jerome Joseph comes from the hotel industry and is responsible for the commercial side. Together, they ensure that Villa Blanche wines are among the best in Languedoc-Roussillon!

The Languedoc-Roussillon wine region has a 27-century-old history and consists of 300,000 hectares of vineyards, making it the largest wine region in the world. It is an ideal area for wine production because the climate is stable and warm. Additionally, the mountains provide cooling at night, which has a favorable effect on the aromas of the grapes. The soil is varied: lots of limestone in the coastal areas and a lot of slate in the hills. Due to these ideal conditions, winemakers rarely need to treat the vineyards against diseases.
