Light straw yellow with a green shimmer. On the nose, aromas of jasmine, peach blossom, citrus, and white stone fruit. The palate is fresh and lively, with juicy fruit, refined minerality, and a pleasant, long finish. The slightly saline character makes this wine particularly attractive on warm days. It is best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years of the harvest, when the fresh aromas and vibrant acidity are at their best.

After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. No oak aging is used, ensuring that the fresh, fruity character and natural minerality are optimally preserved.

Fun fact

Vermentino is one of the most important white grape varieties along the Mediterranean. Although the grape is best known for its presence in Sardinia and on the Tuscan coast, it also feels perfectly at home in Tuscany. Thanks to the influence of the sea, Vermentino develops its signature fresh acidity, aromatic character, and subtle saline minerality.
