Tasting Notes Uggiano Costa Toscana IGT
Light straw yellow with a green shimmer. On the nose, aromas of grapefruit, bergamot, lemon sorbet, and white flowers. The taste is fresh, juicy, and mineral, with a slightly salty character and a long, invigorating finish. A delicious wine that perfectly conveys the Mediterranean feeling.
Wine & Food
Uggiano Costa Toscana pairs excellently with sushi, sashimi, grilled sea bass, seafood, and light pasta dishes with fish. Its fresh and mineral character also shines beautifully with salads, grilled vegetables, and modern Mediterranean cuisine.
The grapes are carefully harvested and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. No oak aging is used, so that the fresh fruit aromas, lively acidity, and mineral notes are fully preserved.

Fun Fact
The designation "Costa Toscana" refers to the Tuscan coastal region, where the influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea provides cooling during the hot summers. This sea breeze helps the grapes retain their fresh acidity and aromatic character, resulting in lively and elegant white wines.
