This Bianco Fuoco is made from a blend of the international Chardonnay and the local Malvasia grape, sourced from the vineyards of the Torre de Lancia winery in magical Puglia, in the heel of Italy. These 2 grapes complement each other perfectly and produce a crisp and fresh wine.

The Torre de Lancia winery is part of the Velarino family from Salento. The grapes have a perfect living environment here. On one hand, plenty of sunshine, and on the other, the coolness of the breeze from the ocean.

Fun fact: Puglia is primarily known for its powerful red wines, but this region can also produce surprisingly good white wines. The Bianco Fuoco combines the well-known Chardonnay with the local Malvasia. It is precisely this combination that gives this wine its floral character, ripe fruit notes, and subtle touch of honey.
