On the palate, an explosion of juicy red fruit, soft gingerbread spices, and a touch of vanilla follows. The finish is silky smooth and round. A nod to the name Rib Tickler, which refers to something that makes you laugh for a reason.

Domaine Boutinot has been working (organically, not certified) with growers in California for over 10 years. Let your taste buds be tickled by the Rib Tickler. This Shiraz comes from California - United States a wine region around Lodi and Manteca.
The vines here enjoy a cooler environment due to the presence of the San Joaquin and Sacramento river deltas. The wine matures for 4 months in oak barrels. This gives liquorice, spices and that extra bit of 'oomph' to the already delicious wine.
