The wine opens with a bright, pale yellow color and a bouquet reminiscent of ripe yellow apples, nectarines, and a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, you immediately experience the signature of the region: the wine is crystal clear and elegant, with a refined minerality that perfectly balances the rich fruit aromas. Unlike heavy, oak-aged Chardonnays, this variant remains remarkably drinkable and refreshing.

The Terre del Noce Chardonnay is a true all-rounder at the table. It pairs beautifully with grilled sole fillet, chicken dishes with a light cream sauce, or a fresh salad with lukewarm goat cheese. It is also an excellent choice for vegetarian dishes with plenty of green herbs.

Mezzacorona Winery; The grapes for this Chardonnay ripen at the foot of the impressive Dolomites in Trentino. This area benefits from a special microclimate: during the day, the Mediterranean sun ensures optimal fruit ripening, while the cool mountain breeze at night provides much-needed refreshment. This contrast ensures that the grapes retain their lively acidity and intense aromas, resulting in a wine that is both ripe and remarkably fresh.

The Mezzacorona winery was one of the first cooperatives in Italy and today represents a large group of wineries from the far north (Trentino) to the deep south (Sicily).

Vinification: Unlike many other Chardonnays, this wine is completely fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This preserves the pure character of the Chardonnay grape; no heavy oak notes, but rather a focus on the pure minerality and juicy fruit from the region.
