Tasting note Terre d'Amandiers les Flacons blanc
Expressive nose yet elegant, with notes of honey, white blossom, nuts, butterscotch, vanilla and wood. The attack is powerful but also mineral, the taste full and rich with notes of candied citrus, vanilla and butter. In short, a wine with great depth where the wood beautifully blends with the freshness without the wine becoming too heavy. Golden-yellow color.

Terre d'Amandiers les Flacons blanc is a wine you drink with grilled rotisserie chicken, with a shellfish bisque or, if you really want to go all out, with a melt-in-your-mouth lobster with saffron butter. Bon appétit et santé!

Winemaker Jean-Michel Bonfils, a young man from a large winemaking family, returned to France after Algeria's independence and bought his first vineyard near Béziers. Over the years, with the help of his sons, he significantly expanded his business.
Bonfils was a pioneer in the Languedoc. This Terre d'Amandiers is a good example of that. It is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc. This combination of grapes is not common. Bonfils was one of the first to plant Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in the Languedoc.
In short: a delicious oaked wine with a fantastic price-quality ratio.
