Soft nose with white flowers, spice, dried white fruit and honey. On the palate, it is rounded, with white fruit, a hint of spice, minerals, almonds and optimal acidity, all produced without pesticides or artificial fertilizers. Pale yellow color.

This Telmo Rodriguez Godello loves delicacies from the water. From fried calamari to grilled prawns. From octopus salad to a piece of white fish from the barbecue. It is also delicious with various tapas and ideal as an aperitif.

Telmo Rodríguez is a versatile winemaker who owns vineyards throughout Spain that combine history, top terroir and quality. Fruit, relatively little wood influence and immense drinkability characterize Telmo's wines. Telmo likes to work with old vines, so the roots are deep to find moisture. It also benefits the quality of the grapes. Old vines produce a lower yield, but one of high quality and complexity.

Gaba do Xil means: bridge over the Xil river. This impressive wine is made organically and the grapes are picked by hand. The 4 months of aging on lees in stainless steel tanks have contributed to its characterful taste. By not using wood, the character of the wine fully emerges. Some of the grapes come from bush vines. These are freestanding vines in the shape of a shrub.

Wonderfully versatile, aromatic white wine with beautiful minerality. This wine region, with an area of 1500 ha, lies inland against the eastern border of Galicia (directly above Portugal). This is the home of the rediscovered Godello grape.

Experts consider Godello to be the Spanish white grape of the future. Godello is considered the great asset of Valdeorras. It has the potential to produce fine white wines for aging.
