Tasting Note REBELS 0.0% Dark Spice Rum - Alcohol-free
A rich and spicy alcohol-free distillate with seductive aromas of vanilla, caramel, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, complemented by a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, it is full and round, with a gentle sweetness of sugarcane molasses and a long, warming finish strongly reminiscent of a dark rum.
Wine & Food Pairing
REBELS 0.0% Dark Spice is ideal as a base for alcohol-free cocktails such as a Dark & Stormy, or with cola and lime for an accessible long drink. It also pairs excellently with desserts like chocolate, caramel dishes, and spicy pastries, where its warm and full character complements them beautifully.
Additional Information
REBELS 0.0% Dark Spice is an alcohol-free alternative to dark rum, developed in Switzerland based on natural botanicals and sugarcane molasses. This distillate is made using an innovative double distillation process without alcohol, where botanicals and herbs are individually extracted and then blended into a layered whole. The combination of spices, molasses, and woody notes creates an authentic "rum experience," but completely alcohol-free.
