Tasting Notes Pierre Zero Sparkling Rosé
Delicious floral aromas, as well as small red fruits like berries and raspberries, rise from the glass. Pleasantly fresh, subtly sweet, and with a fine, delicate mousse. A beautifully light-pink colored alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine.

Domaines Pierre Chavin is a young winery in the Languedoc founded from scratch by four friends with strong will and ambition. Their parents were farmers and horticulturists in various regions of France. They combine the tradition they inherited from their families with modern insights and an open mind to create a modern style of French wines.
Under the name Pierre Zero, they market a successful series of de-alcoholized wines. This wine is made naturally, after which the alcohol is removed from the wine using a very modern centrifuge technique. It is also halal certified.
