Delicate foam with aromas of tropical fruit, peaches, lychee and flowers. Light yellow colour with shine and sparkle.

Can be consumed as an aperitif or as a healthy alternative to cocktail drinks. Pairs well with light starters such as salads, but also goes well with desserts.

This wine is made by Domaines Pierre Chavin; the vineyards are located in the Languedoc in France.
This wine is made naturally, after which the alcohol is extracted from the wine using a very modern centrifuge technique (see video). Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
You can drink the wine now, or store it for another 5 years. The wine is Halal certified and has an alcohol content of 0.01%.
