Delicate mousse with aromas of tropical fruit, peaches, lychee and flowers. Light yellow color with shine and sparkle.

This wine is produced by Domaines Pierre Chavin, with vineyards located in the Languedoc region of France.
This wine is naturally produced, after which the alcohol is removed from the wine using a very modern centrifuge technique (see video). Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
