Paul Clüver Riesling has a light straw-yellow color and a fresh tint of green apple. On the nose, aromas of ripe green apple, apple blossom, and a hint of honey emerge, with subtle floral nuances. The taste is bright and crisp: lively acidity plays beautifully with a natural residual sweetness, creating a refreshing balance reminiscent of lemon sorbet. The light minerality gives the wine extra elegance.

The Paul Clüver Riesling comes from the cool Elgin Valley in the Western Cape, a region known for its ideal conditions for aromatic white grapes. The wine is made entirely from 100% Riesling and comes from the family estate Paul Clüver, which has been based in Elgin since 1896.
