Passeur de Soleil Muscat de Frontignan surprises with aromas of ripe and dried fruit, citrus, spices, and a hint of honey. Very rich in taste, complex, and well-balanced by delicate acidity. In the taste and finish, you also discover apricot and licorice. Sweet white wine with a beautiful golden-yellow color.

A delicious dessert wine. Due to its flavors, this wine is delightful with rich sweet desserts where yellow fruit, spices, and/or honey play the leading role. Think of an apricot galette with lavender and honey, roasted pears with vanilla and nuts, apple puff pastry tarts, or grilled peaches with Mon Chéri and honey. The wine can also be served with a foie gras appetizer or blue cheese. Pairs well with: yellow fruit desserts, foie gras, blue cheese

This Vin Doux Naturel remains good for about one to two months after opening when stored in the refrigerator. Muscat de Frontignan is a 'vin doux naturel'. These are sweet dessert wines that can be made from both white and red grapes. Alcohol is added during fermentation. This kills the yeast and stops fermentation before all sugars are converted, resulting in a sweet wine.

VDN wines are the specialty of the French Roussillon region. The vinification of this wine takes place under the supervision of the famous white wine specialist from Bordeaux: Denis Dubourdieu.
