Fresh and lively white wine with expressive aromas of grapefruit, lime, green apple and passion fruit, complemented by subtle notes of gooseberry and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and invigorating, with zesty acidity, juicy citrus fruit and an elegant, mineral finish.

Paseo Sauvignon Blanc is very suitable as an aperitif or delicious in combination with shellfish, grilled fish and fresh salads. Also an excellent match with goat cheese, sushi and light Asian dishes.
Additional Information
The Paseo Sauvignon Blanc is produced by the Chilean winery Viña del Pedregal, a family business with a wine tradition since 1825. The grapes come from Chile's Central Valley, where warm sunny days and cool nights from the Andes ensure optimal ripening while preserving fresh acidity and aromatic intensity.
After an early harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the pure, fruity and fresh character of the Sauvignon Blanc; subsequently, the wine matures briefly on fine lees for extra texture and subtlety.
