Paseo Chardonnay is produced by the Chilean winery Viña del Pedregal, a family business with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1825. The grapes come from Chile's Central Valley, where sunny days and cool nights ensure optimal ripening while maintaining freshness and aromatic expression.
After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve the fruity character; a portion of the wine undergoes brief oak contact or aging on lees, which contributes to the creamy texture and subtle notes of butter, vanilla, and toast.
