The Paseo Carmenère is a smooth and distinctive red wine with aromas of ripe plums, blackcurrants, and blackberries, complemented by characteristic notes of red bell pepper, black pepper, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, it is soft and rounded, with ripe tannins, juicy dark fruit, and a spicy, elegant finish.

Additional Information
The Paseo Carmenère is produced by the Chilean winery Viña del Pedregal, a family business with a winemaking tradition since 1825. The grapes come from Chile's Central Valley, where warm sunny days and cool nights ensure optimal ripening and preservation of freshness.
After harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruity and spicy character of the Carmenère grape; subsequently, the wine undergoes a short aging with wood contact for extra softness, structure, and subtle spiciness.
