Approachable red wine with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and ripe cherries, complemented by notes of cedar, mocha and a hint of black pepper. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with ripe tannins, juicy dark fruit and a soft, spicy finish.

This wine is made by the Chilean winery Viña del Pedregal, a family business with over seven generations of winemaking experience. The winery operates from Chile's Central Valley and Maule regions, where warm days and cool nights ensure optimally ripe grapes while maintaining freshness and aromatic intensity.
For the Paseo Cabernet Sauvignon, after selection, the grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve their fruity character, after which a portion of the wine is briefly aged in wood for added structure, spice, and subtle notes of vanilla and toast.
