Tasting Notes Miopasso Fiano
A surprisingly distinctive, full-bodied, and exotic glass from hand-picked grapes. Flavors of white fruit, such as apple, pear, and pineapple. Fresh and floral with a hint of honey. Deep, deep yellow color. Again, very surprising!

Miopasso Fiano pairs well with shellfish and fish dishes, but is also a great everyday wine.
Additional Information
This 50-hectare winery is located near Vittoria, in the South of Sicily. The grapes from the Santa Tresa estate have been organically grown for many years, but three years ago, Santa Tresa decided to have this officially registered.
As of the 2009 harvest, everything has been officially certified as organic wine. The vineyards benefit from a cool southern sea breeze that compensates for the inland heat. The soil is fertile due to Mount Etna.
Miopasso is a series of high-quality wines made with indigenous Italian grape varieties. The goal of Miopasso is to bring the traditional styles of Italian wines to the international market - the true taste of Italy. They achieve this by using completely modern winemaking techniques and expressing every nuance of the grape variety.
