In the glass, this rosato from Lunaria offers delicious yellow fruit, aromas of quince, pear, apple, and nashi pear. Delightfully dry without any sweetness. Thanks to its juicy fruit acids and some citrus notes, it is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The Japanese nashi pear and apple return in the finish.

The Pinot Grigio grape has a light pink skin, and by letting it soak during fermentation, the wine gets a light pink color and significantly more structure. If you press it immediately and quickly, you get a normal white wine. Here, it has been macerated for a while.
