Tasting Note Les Petites Jamelles Blanc
A fresh and elegant white wine with aromas of citrus, mango, and bergamot. Lively and juicy on the palate, with a beautiful combination of citrus freshness and a soft, round structure. The wine has matured for six months on fine lees, which gives it a little more body and complexity.
Wine & Food Pairing
Les Petites Jamelles Blanc is delightful as an aperitif, but also very good with salads, avocado toast, white fish carpaccio, and shrimp Pad Thai. Its fresh, citrusy style also makes it surprisingly good with lemon tart. Serve around 8 °C.
Additional information
Special label: The colorful labels of Les Petites Jamelles are designed by French illustrator Aurélie Castex, who has previously worked for Hermès and Cartier, among others. The cheerful illustrations are intended to radiate the joie de vivre of Southern France: sunny, relaxed, and made to be enjoyed together. Sustainability has also been considered: the labels are made from recycled paper, and the bottle is extra light.
The Jamelles winery was founded in 1991 and has made a name for itself, both nationally and internationally, with its unique handcrafted wines. The quality is incredibly high, partly due to the unparalleled craftsmanship of the enthusiastic winemakers.
The two young winemakers, Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, are the fourth generation at the helm. What is unique about this family is their use of different terroirs, which allows them to combine the unique characteristics of each vineyard in a special way. This makes every wine unique and of very high quality.

Fun fact
Les Petites Jamelles Blanc is a surprising blend of no less than five grape varieties: Colombard, Grenache Blanc, Terret, Roussanne, and Muscat. The grapes are harvested at sunrise to preserve their freshness and aromas.
