La Gioiosa Frizzante Rosato

Tasting note La Gioiosa Frizzante Rosato

Delicious aroma of strawberries and apricots. The fruit returns on the palate, complemented by a hint of blackcurrant. A pleasant Frizzante with a slightly sweet taste.

Food pairing

Wonderfully festive to serve such a rosé bubble at a party or as an aperitif. Also delicious with strawberries or light savoury snacks with a subtle sweet element, such as shrimp with grapefruit or apricot with cream cheese.

Other information

La Gioiosa is a family business and a specialist in Prosecco wines. They are based in Valdobbiadene, the region that holds DOCG status. The name of this Prosecco specialist refers to the coat of arms of Treviso – Marca Gioiosa et Amarosa (joyful and loving). This strongly aligns with the motivations of the Moretti Polegato family. For three generations, they have led their company with this sentiment, and you can taste it in their wines.

La Gioiosa is based in Valdobbiadene, the heart of the Prosecco region and the part that was recently granted DOCG status. The winemakers at La Gioiosa are constantly looking for the ideal conditions for the Prosecco grape, which offers far more possibilities than often thought. They produce fresh frizzante wines with a distinctly elegant taste and more complex spumante wines that are often on par with the big names in this segment.

This Prosecco will make your morning, afternoon, or evening super festive!
