Aromas of gooseberry and laurel, rounded off by a light spicy note, come together to create an intensely fruity bouquet. This Verdejo is delightfully fresh and exotic, with an aromatic scent of white flowers and tropical fruit, and a hint of banana. The result is a flavourful and alcohol-free white wine with a pleasant fresh finish. Typical and recognizable as Spanish Rueda, but without alcohol! The invigorating acidity, combined with its balanced body and greenish glow, provides a delightful refreshment.

This extraordinary Kolonne Null Verdejo is an excellent choice with light dishes such as grilled fish, seafood, and salads with goat cheese.

Additional Information

This alcohol-free Verdejo from Kolonne Null is made from the Verdejo grape originating from the north of the Spanish Rueda region. The vineyards, located 750 meters above sea level, offer ideal conditions to produce a fresh style of Verdejo.

Despite its young history, the Bodegas Diez Siglos vineyard has been known for grapes of incredible quality since its establishment in 2009. With 350 hectares of vineyards, located in the northern area of the D.O. Rueda at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level.

Out of love for their land and for wine, 65 winemakers have set themselves the goal of preserving the ancient heritage of one of the most exciting Spanish grape varieties: Verdejo. In collaboration with Diez Siglos, Kolonne Null's first, very refreshing Verdejo was created.
