The grapes come from Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian, located at the foot of Mont Saint-Baudille in the Languedoc-Rousillon where the warm, dry Mediterranean climate offers ideal conditions for perfect ripening. On limestone and clay-rich soils, Grenache and Cinsault develop their aromatic finesse and elegant rosé style. The vinification is modern and focused on preserving freshness, with a gentle extraction to optimally preserve the refined color and structure.
