Tasting note Invincible Numero Dois Branco
This white Douro wine opens with a vibrant nose of citrus, green apple and white flowers, subtly complemented by notes of apricot, honey and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is fresh and refined with a beautiful texture, juicy acidity and a mineral, slightly salty finish that lingers pleasantly.

Invincible Numero Dois Branco, thanks to its fresh acidity and rounded structure, effortlessly combines with a range of dishes. Think of white fish (such as cod or sea bream), soft cheeses, salmon, fresh salads with citrus dressing, or creamy risottos.

The Invincible Numero Dois Branco comes from the beautiful Douro valley in Portugal. This region is known for its extensive vineyards, rolling hills, and innovative winemakers who manage to combine tradition and modernity.
The wine is part of the "Invincible" line. A series of wines that present the best of Portugal in a contemporary style. The grapes are harvested with utmost care at optimal ripeness, and in the winery, quality is strictly controlled. Upon arrival at the winery, a selection takes place once again. After crushing and pressing, the juice undergoes fermentation, after which the wine finally matures for 10 months in French oak barrels.
This is a joint project by Rita Marquès and Marc Kent. Two souls from different parts of the world but with one shared idea: to make refined wines. Together they feel invincible. And with this classic "field" blend (a nice term for all types of grapes planted together in the vineyard), they strive to prove it. It must be said: they do it very well.
