Tasting Note Greg & Juju Terret/Sauvignon Blanc
The Greg & Juju Terret Sauvignon Blanc has a pale yellow color and aromas of white fruit, lime and flowers on the nose. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a beautiful balance between fruity and spicy notes. The Sauvignon Blanc grape adds its characteristic aroma and flavor profile to the wine, with notes of green fruit, citrus, and herbs. An ideal easy-drinking wine!

Made from Sauvignon Blanc and the local Terret Blanc grape. The Terret Blanc is only found locally and is often used to make the dry vermouth Noilly Prat. A wine with a strong southern accent, therefore.
This Greg & Juju Terret/Sauvignon Blanc is produced by Domaine Preignes Le Vieux, a winery located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of Southern France. The estate of Domaine Preignes le Vieux is centrally located in the beautiful Languedoc region and has a rich history dating back to 1202.
The castle is beautifully situated and features various original elements, such as a tower and gateway, which can still be admired. The estate has developed into a versatile wine domain with a great diversity of grape varieties. The current owners, brothers Jerôme, Robert, and Bruno Vic, are the fifth generation of winemakers and have set themselves the goal of producing only top-quality wines.
The grapes are machine-harvested at night, with careful selection of the grapes. The grapes grow on a soil of silt and volcanic rock, which contributes to the unique taste and aromas of the wine.
After harvesting, the grapes are pneumatically pressed and the pressed juice is separated from the solids. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, which helps preserve the fresh aromas of the wine. Thanks to this careful vinification process, a delicious wine with a unique character is created.
This wine is also available in a 5-liter bottle, including a beautiful gift box, upon request.
