The Geografico Pavonero Bianco is a very special wine. It is a so-called Non-vintage wine and is actually a blend of 2 vintages. In addition, the wine is also a blend of 4 grapes from 4 different regions: a Viognier from Sicily, Chardonnay from Trentino, Vermentino from Maremma, and Pecorino from Marche.

The company "Agricoltori del Chianti Geografico" was founded in 1961. It was a cooperative that has since been acquired by Piccini. At Geografico , every vineyard that comes under management is evaluated by the geologist and the vineyard specialist. They advise on the best grape varieties and rootstocks. Then they help the owner with the design of the vineyard and constantly with vineyard management. An expert winemaking team makes the wine.
