The nose is stimulated by classic Riesling aromas of crisp green apple, lime, and a mineral undertone. The taste is impeccably clean and "trocken" (dry), with an exciting tension between the juicy fruit and the firm, refreshing acidity.

The high acidity and fruity character make this Riesling an excellent partner for spicy dishes from Thai or Vietnamese cuisine. It is also the ultimate accompaniment to shellfish and crustaceans, such as mussels or oysters, and pairs surprisingly well with dishes featuring sauerkraut or pork.
