The nose offers fresh aromas of grapefruit, lime, and white blossoms, complemented by subtle notes of fresh bread and a saline minerality reminiscent of ocean air. On the palate, it is fresh, light, and vibrant with high acidity. Flavor notes of citrus, green apple, and a soft yeast tone (dough) provide both tension and refinement. Thanks to aging on lees, the wine has a pleasant, round mouthfeel without becoming heavy. The finish is dry, mineral, and slightly salty. Perfectly thirst-quenching and invigorating.
