Tasting Notes Diorama Ribera del Duero
Complex aroma of aromatic fruit, fresh red berries and licorice, some vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is smooth, well-structured and offers a pleasant balance between fruit and wood. (4 months of wood aging). Long finish and an intense cherry-red color.

This Ribera del Duero from Diorama from northern Spain pairs well with a classic leg of lamb, grilled (red) meat, pork ribs, a beef or game stew, cheese board or Spanish ham.
Additional information
Pinord is one of the most respected companies in the Penedès region thanks to a tradition that goes back more than 150 years. The winery is no small player and currently produces almost three million bottles a year. The name of their vineyards inspired the Tetas family to create the name of the company: "Pi del Nord" (Pine Tree of the North).
Today, all their vineyards have been fully converted to certified organic farming. Meanwhile, the family continues to innovate and experiment with various wines and grape varieties. They now also own vineyards in other wine regions such as Priorat and Montsant.
