A charming rosé with a pale pink color. The aroma is subtle and expressive with notes of strawberries, raspberries, rosehips, and rose petals. The taste is dry and refined with fresh red fruit, a hint of spice, and a refreshing finish.

Boutinot Les Cerisiers Côtes du Rhône rosé is perfect for summer dishes like grilled vegetables, halloumi salads, Provençal chicken, or seafood. Or with poached salmon, Salade Niçoise, and tuna sashimi. Also delicious as an aperitif on a sunny day with some olives or tapenade.
Other information
This rosé comes from the Côtes du Rhône, near the village of Cairanne. Made by the renowned winery Boutinot, known for its terroir-driven wines. The cherry trees around the vineyards gave this wine its name – Les Cerisiers.
Made using the 'rosé de presse' method as soon as the grapes are picked. Very gentle pressing extracts as much aroma and flavor as possible without any tannins. Of course, it is then fermented at an extra low temperature for great freshness. The result is truly impressive.
The grape varieties are grown in vineyards with many large pebbles among the vines. These so-called galets have a special function. During the day, they absorb the warm sunlight, which they release back to the vines at night. These vines are quite cold due to the strong Mistral wind.
