This blend also pairs excellently with richer salads with goat cheese, walnuts and honey dressing, or a classic vegetarian or seafood paella.

What makes this wine special is the concept of the Field Blend. Instead of assembling different varieties afterwards, the grapes are harvested and fermented together. This is an ancient method that perfectly reflects the unique identity of the vineyard. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, which optimally preserves the fruity and floral character of the grapes.
Te Quiero "I love you" comes from several different vineyards in La Mancha, all of which are 100% organically cultivated. The high altitude of over 750 meters ensures large differences between day and night temperatures, resulting in abundant aroma development and fresh acidity. Vegan and organic.
