Harmonious, fruity bouquet with delicate hints of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and peony. Slightly off-dry, balanced by the right acidity. Because the fermentation lasted longer and the pressure in the bottle is higher, the bubbles are refined and elegant. It has a soft pink color.

Wine & Food Pairing

Delicious as an aperitif, with salads, antipasti, shellfish, risotto, olives, cream cheese, cucumber and prosciutto crudo wraps. Or with grilled shrimp and even wonderful with a red fruit panna cotta.

Brothers Ettimo and Gino Pizzolato lead the old family business Cantina Pizzolato. The company is known as an organically operating winery. Located just north of Treviso in Veneto, the company has been organically certified since 1991. This means that no chemical agents are used, and instead, the power of nature is harnessed. For example, a good biological balance is maintained in the vineyard, and pests are controlled by natural enemies such as parasitic wasps and ladybugs. In winemaking, for instance, no sulfites are added. All for a honest and beautiful natural product.

An ideal wine to pair with all appetizers, one of the best-selling rosé wines in Sweden. Women appreciate its delicate taste and fine, balanced yet intense character. The bottle, made of light glass, is named "M-use," from inspiring muse to multi-use: in fact, this bottle is not meant to be thrown away, but reused as a design object in your most beautiful spaces.
