Tasting note BIO Pizzolato M-use Violette Spumante rosato 🌱
Harmonious, fruity bouquet with delicate hints of cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and peonies. Slightly off-dry, balanced by the right level of acidity. Because the fermentation took longer and the pressure in the bottle is higher, the bubbles are refined and elegant. Has a soft pink color.
Food Pairing
Delicious as an aperitif, with salads, antipasti, shellfish, risotto, olives, wraps with cream cheese, cucumber, and prosciutto crudo. Or with grilled shrimp, and even wonderful with a red fruit panna cotta.

Brothers Ettimo and Gino Pizzolato head the old family business Cantina Pizzolato. The company is known as an organic winery. The estate is located just north of Treviso in Veneto and has been organically certified since 1991. This means no chemical agents are used and the power of nature is harnessed instead. This ensures a good biological balance in the vineyard, and pests are controlled by natural enemies such as parasitic wasps and ladybugs. No sulfites are added during winemaking, for example. Everything for an honest and beautiful natural product.
An ideal wine to pair with all kinds of appetizers; one of the best-selling rosé wines in Sweden. Women appreciate the delicate taste and the fine, balanced yet intense character. The bottle, made of light glass, bears the name "M-use," from inspiring muse to multi-use: in fact, this bottle is not made to be thrown away, but to be reused as a design object in your most beautiful spaces.
