When poured, this dessert wine shines in a clear amber-colored glass, reminiscent of cherry resin or golden amber. Rich and complex, with aromas of raisin, fig, caramel, and honey. You recognize nuances of blackberry and cherry jam, dried fruit, and subtle citrus accents. The aromas are seductive and intense.

Other information

The grapes are organically grown and, after manual harvesting, are dried for 4–10 days in the sun and wind (asoleo) on traditional paseras, where the bunches are turned daily for even drying.

Bodegas Robles is the only organic certified winery in Montilla‑Moriles (certified since 1999) and manages its own drying facilities and vineyards with respect for sustainability.

Montilla-Moriles is located in the province of Córdoba, in the heart of the historic Granada–Seville–Córdoba triangle. In addition to grapes, you'll also find vast fields of grain and olive trees here. Together, they form the classic Mediterranean trinity: bread, wine, and olive oil.
